Lutheran Valley Ranch Inc. Ranch House Rules
The Ranch House is available for use by LVR members and their guests The member must be present at all times when the Ranch House is being used, and the member is responsible for the guest’s actions. “Drop in use” is when a member uses the facilities on a temporary basis. “Reserving the Ranch House” is when a member has reserved the use of the Ranch House ahead of time.
The Ranch House must always be available for members drop in use. Reserving the Ranch House will reserve the meeting area for the members and their guests, and they will have non-exclusive use of the remainder of the facility. The reservation option is made available to eliminate the conflict that could occur if two groups made plans to use the facility at the same time, and it is not intended to give the member exclusive use.
Please respect and maintain the property as if it were your own. No member should have to clean up another member’s mess. We do not have trash pick up available at LVR, so it is necessary for each member to carry out their own trash. Also be considerate of others when sharing the facility, as it is not here for any one member’s exclusive use, at any time.
Drop in use:
A sign-in book is available in the Ranch House. Members using the the Ranch House will sign in and provide the requested information, so that the Board can measure usage and receive feedback.
We do not have a cleaning or maintenance staff, so it is incumbent upon each member to leave the facility (including the rest room areas) and grounds clean and picked up. A cleaning check list is posted in the Ranch House.
No overnight stays in the Ranch house are allowed, and the facility will be considered closed from midnight until 6:00 A.M..
